Personal Guide to Reversing Prediabetes


Prediabetes means your blood sugar (glucose) level is higher than normal, but not high enough to be classified as type 2 diabetes. Without intervention, prediabetes is likely to progress to type 2 diabetes.
 
Many cases are preventable. Let us teach you how.
