Laughter Chair Yoga (New Class!)
We will spend time together engaging in playful laughter exercises combined with deep yoga breathing. Laughter has many health benefits, including reducing stress, improving mood, and lowering blood pressure. By the end of our time together (about 45 minutes), you will feel uplifted, energized, and more relaxed.
