Intended Audience: The intended audience for this conference includes primary care physicians and specialists in orthopaedic surgery. Fellows, residents, advanced practice nurses, physician assistants, and other physicians with an educational need or interest in this topic may also attend.
Overall Learner Objectives:
- Describe the most current practices in fracture care for the purpose of improving orthopaedic trauma care.
- Educate these physicians on new strategies that are currently being developed and evolved into the standard of care.
- Improve participants’ understanding of the appropriate evaluation and management of these patients, regardless of whether they practice surgery.
