Bariatric Weight-Loss Surgery Exercise Class

After bariatric surgery, diet and exercise are much more effective at helping you lose more weight, keep it off, and reclaim your health.  

This program is managed by certified fitness professionals who specialize in post-op bariatric fitness training by helping participants safely increase calorie burning and boosting metabolism.

When you’re losing weight, it’s also important to lose the right kind of weight. Exercise helps you burn fat while maintaining lean muscle.
