Body After Baby

By using a combination of Pilates and yoga, you can strengthen joints, ligaments and muscles, increase flexibility, as well as develop strong abs and tighten the gluts. By incorporating light hand weights, you can strengthen and tone the upper body as you raise your metabolism.
Breastfeeding mothers: Please breastfeed before class or express (pump) before class begins.
Classes meet once weekly for six weeks.
Cost: $60 for 6 week session - Register for your first class below and then attend subsequent dates as you wish
