Slow Flow Women's Yoga for Strength


A female-focused, flowing, strength class for the beginner, intermediate, or more advanced yogi. It is a layering class - each pose is introduced and your body awareness is the end result.

This class will energize you, as well as strengthen your bones and muscles, as you flow lightly into each pose.

All levels welcome.

Classes meet once weekly.

The $100 registration fee includes 12 classes to be taken consecutively for maximum benefit. Select the week that you want to start your 12-week session.
