Yoga for Women - Wednesday Morning

This ancient practice promotes flexibility and the balance of body, mind, and spirit for women. Gentle stretching, strengthening, and breath work will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and revitalized.

This class is suitable for beginner and intermediate students.

The $100 registration fee includes 12 classes to be taken consecutively for maximum benefit. Select the week that you want to start your 12-week session.

Please bring your own yoga mat.
