Batch Cooking With Joshua George

This class will change the way you plan your meals and make eating healthy fun.

Learn how to get three nutritious and satisfying dinners from a slow-cooker full of pulled chicken. Chef and nutrition expert Joshua George will show you how to make the following dishes: Teriyaki chicken lettuce wraps with Asian slaw; pulled chicken and broccoli rabe with provolone and roasted-garlic mashed cauliflower; and, barbeque chicken, turkey bacon, and cheddar quiche.

This class is for the pre- and post-operative bariatric surgery patient. You may bring a family member or a friend with you, but they will need to preregister and pay the fee as well.
