Weight Works: An 8-Week Lifestyle-Modification Program for Women
Led by The Ripa Center's registered dietitian Linda Gavrielov, MS, RD, CDN, women will get a week-by-week how-to guide to learn and incorporate healthy eating concepts to help lose weight permanently and prevent chronic disease.
Weekly sessions keep women motivated. Group sessions provide the support needed to help women achieve their goals.
