How do I get a refund or unregister for a class?

We appreciate you letting us know if you are unable to attend an event for any reason, as there may be others on a waiting list if the program you have registered for is sold out. In addition, if there is a fee for the event, we will gladly provide a refund as long as your request is received more than 24 hours prior to the start of the program.

Please call 1.800.8.COOPER (800.826.6737) to speak with a class registration specialist who will personally handle your refund or request to be unregistered for an upcoming session.

Why do I need an account in order to register for a class or event?

We ask that all users create an account on our site or log in using their Facebook username and password. Not only does this allow you to easily register and pay for classes with one click, you.ll also be able to keep track of upcoming events you're registered for and leave comments about programs you have attended.

In addition, requiring users to log in helps ensure that registrations are authentic, so classes are not filled by automated spam-bots and seats are available for you when you wish to attend a program.

What are user comments about classes and events?

We encourage your comments about the classes and events you have attended. Once you have registered for anything within the system, you.ll then have the opportunity to leave a comment or review on the site.

Please be aware that we can.t respond to every comment, particularly those that deal with individual medical cases and issues.
