Managing Stress and Preventing Burnout in the Future Nursing Workforce

Join Rutgers School of Nursing-Camden, the Senator Walter Rand Institute for Public Affairs, and Cooper University Health Care for a panel discussion on combating stress and burnout in the nursing workforce. Speakers will discuss innovative research sponsored by the Walter Rand Institute and conducted by Dr. Catherine Stubin at the Rutgers School of Nursing-Camden as part of the Hillary Project.

Health care is a high-demand environment where multiple factors contribute to stress and burnout. Implementing effective strategies to address these challenges is essential to support nurse well-being, promote career longevity, and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care to our communities.
