Healthy Bones

Each class includes a 30-minute discussion about bone health with Cooper experts and a one-hour session with a fitness specialist, focusing on exercises that increase bone density and strengthen muscles to reduce the risk of falling or breaking a bone.

This educational series has been designed for women who have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia.
