Provide to Prevent: Updates on the Opioid Epidemic

This CE program is presented in response to the global opioid epidemic and the growing role of the pharmacist in prevention and education. Pharmacists have been called by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy to promote and expand access to the opioid overdose reversal medication naloxone. Pharmacists can reduce the negative effects that opioid overdose has on society, health systems, and the pharmacy profession.
