Mind your Muscle
Connect your mind and body through yoga stretches and muscle strengthening.
This is an intermediate class that will have you feeling like a woman warrior - strong and grounded - with a yoga warm up, and an interval training class that will train all of your muscles.
Please bring two, 3-pound hand weights to class.
The $100 registration fee includes 12 classes to be taken consecutively for maximum benefit. Select the week that you want to start your 12-week session.
