Pure Fusion Yoga and Strengthening


Combines the postural stretching and relaxation of yoga with the abdominal movements of Pilates. A medium-intensity, low-impact class that assists your body in burning calories. Targets core, arms, legs, glutes, and back.

The $100 registration fee includes 12 classes to be taken consecutively for maximum benefit. Select the week that you want to start your 12-week session.
