Virtual Healthy Cooking Demo

Eating well and diabetes virtual cooking class. This free class will focus on tips for making healthy food choices as well as ways to estimate portion sizes. Participants who enroll and attend the virtual cooking class will receive free groceries to duplicate the meal at home as well as a gift card to ShopRite. Groceries will be delivered to your home. This event is open to residents of Salem, Gloucester, Camden, and Burlington Counties.
