Cooper Cape Alzheimer Support Group

Presented by the Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley and Cooper University Health Care

Patients, families, and caregivers are welcome to attend this Alzheimer's support group, facilitiated by Amy I. Brandt, MSW, Health Care Social Worker with Cooper and facilitator for the Alzheimer’s Association.

Please note: Our first meeting will be held TUESDAY, February 10. All regular recurring meetings will be on the second Wednesday of each month.

Walk-ins welcome! Advanced registration is appreciated.
