Cancer Induced Peripheral Neuropathy and Cancer Survivors: How to manage symptoms


Some reports show that approximately 60 to 70 percent of patients who receive chemotherapy develop Chemotherapy Induced Peripheral Neuropathy. In some survivors, the damage is prevalent after chemotherapy has been completed. Do you or a loved one suffer from Cancer Induced Peripheral Neuropathy? Is it interfering with your daily life? About the presenter:
Dr. Samuel Hardy is the Head of the Division of Palliative Medicine and Program Director of the Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship. He is also an Assistant Professor at the Cooper Medical School of Rowan University. He specializes in Symptom management for oncology patients, malignant bone pain, and cancer anorexia/cachexia.
