- Attendees will learn about elements of acceptance commitment therapy and meaning-centered psychotherapy and how these can be applied to coping with oncology-related concerns.
- Attendees will be encouraged to reflect on and cope with holding opposite emotions simultaneously.
- Attendees will learn about elements of meaning-centered psychology that may be applied independently to increase legacy-oriented activities.
