What is heart disease and how it affects the structure of the heart?
Screening Test for heart disease
Risk factors and strategies to prevent/reduce risk of heart disease
Promoting a healthy diet; foods to eat and foods to avoid
Eliminating behaviors that may affect your heart
Rachel Adams, APN has been a Nurse Practitioner for 10 years. She enjoys helping patients achieve optimal health outcomes by giving them the tools they need to manage their chronic illnesses not only through medications but also through diet, exercise, and stress management.
