Men's Quality of Life Seminar
Male urologic conditions have a tremendous impact on a man and his partner’s quality of life, especially after age 50. Erectile dysfunction (ED), benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), urinary incontinence, post-prostatectomy rehabilitation and urologic conditions resulting from cardiovascular disease, diabetes and prostate cancer can have a dramatic impact on a man’s ability to remain intimate with his partner.
You would never know it from all of the hype, but PDE5 inhibitors – Cialis®, Levitra®, and Viagra® – do not work for nearly half the men who take them. Over-the-counter and herbal supplements can be dangerous to take and usually do not help.
Join us to learn about the options offered by the Cooper Urological Institute Men’s Sexual Health Program, many of which are not offered by urologists in community hospital and outpatient office settings. Dr. Seftel, who is ranked in the top 1% of urologists nationwide by U.S. News and World Report, will discuss several treatment options that permanently restore a man’s ability to have sexual relations. The featured presentation is being made by a patient who lost hope and thought he was out of options until he had treatment.
Treatment options include penile implants, prostheses and injection therapies – and more.
