Menopause and the Cancer Survivor: More Than Hot Flashes

Menopause and the Cancer Survivor: More Than Hot Flashes

Menopause is a natural transition where the levels of estrogen and progesterone decrease, and reproduction comes to an end. Sometimes women experience premature menopause due to surgical removal of the ovaries or the side effects of cancer treatment. For cancer survivors, the side effects of menopause can be very bothersome.

Join Cooper expert Dr. Evelyn Robles Rodriguez as she discusses menopause and the management of its side effects. This free one-hour presentation will include a Q&A session.

Learn the following:

  • Natural menopause versus induced or early menopause
  • Review of menopausal symptoms
  • Menopause management and treatment strategies
  • Menopause in men?
