Navigating the Emotional Highs and Lows of the Holidays

Many things have changed in our world today, yet, many things are still the same. The holiday season is fast approaching, and celebrations, work parties, family gatherings, and financial obligations can be quite stressful.

These challenges can pose even more stress for those facing cancer diagnosis and treatment - especially during the holidays.

Join MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper expert Nicole Perr, MSW, LCSW for an online discussion and presentation about “Navigating the Highs and Lows of the Holidays."

You will learn how to:

  • Balance the holiday rush and yourself at the same time
  • Celebrate when you have so many other things on your mind
  • Face negative feelings in a healthy constructive manner
  • Navigate having cancer through the holidays during the COVID-19 pandemic

This webinar offers tips and serves as a source of encouragement for everyone, not just cancer survivors.

This one-hour program will include a Q&A session at the end of the presentation. We look forward to your participation.
