Overview: This is an Academy “extended session” focused on patient engagement by providing a first-hand look at the factors that influence the purchase of health plans and provider selection from the very beginning of patient engagement. Michael Munoz and Joseph DiBella are industry experts with a wealth of experience. They will provide a unique perspective on our business and how health plan selection creates patient pathways to care - the foundation of our business - and expectations about access and the quality of care received.
