Navigating the Highs and Lows of the Holidays

Many things have changed in our world today and while most of us are adjusting to a new normal, these challenges can pose even more stress for those facing cancer diagnosis and treatment - especially during the holidays.

Join MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper expert Nicole Perr, MSW, LCSW for an online discussion and presentation “Navigating the Highs and Lows of the Holidays."

You will learn how to:

  • Balance the holiday rush and yourself at the same time
  • Celebrate when you have so many other things on your mind
  • Navigate having cancer through the holidays during the COVID-19 pandemic

This webinar offers tips and serves as a source of encouragement for everyone, not just cancer survivors.

This one-hour program will include a Q&A session at the end of the presentation. We look forward to your participation.
