Developing Mindfulness Group
This is a specialized program aimed at cultivating acceptance and awareness of fears, stresses and joys of surviving cancer through the practice of mindfulness. You will be offered the change to develop a greater appreciation of the present moment learn how to relate differently to difficult experiences and re-connect with the things in your life that matter.
Topics to be included:
- Stepping out of automatic pilot
- Using breath to stay present
- Letting go of difficult experiences
- Seeing thoughts as just thoughts and not facts
- Reconnecting with your values
