The Art of Positive Thinking

Positive thinking isn’t about pretending everything is perfect—it’s about shifting your mindset to face challenges with strength and resilience. Join Caitlin Loyka, PsyD, Clinical Health Psychologist at Cooper, for practical tools to help reframe negative thoughts and foster a more empowered outlook.

Dinner will be provided. Registration required.

If you can't attend this in-person event, it will also be live-streamed. Click here to register for the online program.

This event is part of MD Anderson at Cooper’s Survivorship Week presented by the Wellness After Cancer Survivorship Program and the Dr. Diane Barton Complementary Medicine Program.
