Core and More - Low Impact Core Strength Training for Women


A full body, muscular conditioning workout for women! Resistance exercises strengthen and tone with very low impact on joints.

This low-impact, high-intensity workout uses BOSU Balance Trainers, weighted balls, sticks and your own body resistance to build lean muscles while improving endurance, coordination, posture, and body awareness. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle and wear comfortable clothing, including sneakers.

Classes are held two times per week.
